Draw & Guess online
One player draws with a brush, an eraser and a paint bucket; the others type what they think it is. The sooner you guess, the more points you get. Great with friends or family, on a phone or a computer.
- Players: 3 to 12
- Elo-ranked games: No, played with friends
How to play: Draw & Guess
One player draws and the others guess by typing. 3 to 12 players: in each round everyone draws once.
- When it’s your turn, pick one of three words. Only you can see it.
- Draw it with the brush, the eraser and the paint bucket. No letters or numbers: make it understood with drawings!
- The others type what they think it is. Wrong answers show up in the list; right ones never do, so the word isn’t given away.
- If you’re close, you’ll see a “Close!” only you get. As time goes by, some letters are revealed as a hint.
- The turn ends when time runs out or everyone has guessed. Then the next player draws.
Tips and options
- The sooner you guess, the more points you get (plus a bonus if you’re first). The drawer scores for every player who guesses.
- Players who already know the word can keep typing, but only others who know it can read them, and they can never type the word.
- Host options: rounds, drawing time, categories (or your own words) and letter hints.
One draws, the rest guess. The sooner, the more points!
