¡Última!: the card game of emptying your hand
Play a card of the same colour, number or symbol, stack +2s and +4s, reverse the direction and don’t forget to press “¡Última!” when you have one card left. 2 to 10 players with friends, bots or in ranked games.
- Players: 2 to 10
- Elo-ranked games: Yes
How to play: ¡Última!
The classic card game of emptying your hand: 2 to 10 players with a 108-card deck. The first to get rid of all their cards wins.
- Everyone gets 7 cards and the top card of the deck is turned over.
- On your turn play a card of the same colour, the same number or the same symbol as the one on the table, or a wild (and choose the colour).
- Skip: the next player loses their turn. Reverse: play goes the other way (with two players, you play again). +2 and Wild +4: the next player draws and loses their turn.
- If you can’t or don’t want to play, draw a card: if it fits you can play it; if not, you pass.
- When you’re down to one card you must press “¡Última!” (you can do it as you play your second-to-last). If you forget and someone catches you before the next player plays, you draw 2.
Tips and options
- Ranked: a table of 4 with the standard rules; if people are missing, bots of your level fill the seats. In a room with friends you choose the rules and it doesn’t count for Elo.
- Host options: stacking +2 and +4, drawing until you can play, a single hand or a game to 500 points, and time per turn.
- Points: numbers are worth their face value, action cards 20 and wilds 50. Whoever wins the hand scores the cards left in everyone else’s hands.
- If your time runs out, you draw and pass automatically.
Discard, stack +2s and don’t forget to call “¡Última!”.
